Ioanna organizes workshops for C-Suite and managers on topics such as leadership and learning and development, for groups such as CHIEF in NYC; a private network designed specifically for women leaders — rising VP level through CEO — to strengthen their experience in the C-suite.

Ioanna hosts events like the Dextegon AI Summit for GTM leaders interested in learning about how AI impacts their roles and what are the best practices to optimize performance in their organizations. With world class speakers from companies like IBM, and attendees from companies, such as ADP. Dextegon '24 & '25 were sold-out events in NYC. 

Ioanna speaks to Venture Capitalists and Private Equity firms to educate them on ways they can support their portfolio companies and how to leverage Gen AI in sales enablement and talent development to succeed. 

Ioanna speaks at both in-person and virtual conferences like the Capital Networking Virtual Conf joined by 1,000+ US/EU/RoW investors: $1M+, $100M+ & $1B+ Family Offices, angels, LPs & GPs of VC/PE/RE funds, FoFs, & HNWIs.

Ioanna speaks to universities around the world to empower students to navigate the AI-shift. She helps students develop the skills employers look for by enbedding soft skills training as part of the core curriculum. She is a guest lecturer at Pace University in Manhattan, NYC.

Ioanna also speaks to panels about topics like builing an AI company, intergenerational leadership, the future of learning and more.

Ioanna mentors startups via communities like Beeloud and the Zero-to-One that she is a founding member of. She helps B2B SaaS founders with their messaging, positioning, investor pitches, talent development and sales enablement needs.

Ioanna speaks to international podcasts on topics that stem from entrepreneurship to AI. She was recently a guest at Selling The Cloud a podcast that delves into the stories of C-suite veterans in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Veterans in the SaaS world.

Ioanna is a co-author of the book Ed Metadores: Revolutionizing the educational system, where she talks about the importance of human skills development as part of the core curriculum in higher ed. She is currently working on a book called: 12 Unicorns, 12 CEOs.
