AI automates transactions.
It can’t automate trust.
I build the infrastructure for what remains — measurable, trainable human performance for GTM teams navigating the age of AI.

About

Ioanna Onasi

Most organizations don’t have a skills gap. They have a measurement gap. They fund dashboards and AI workflows and leave communication, trust, and influence to luck. The assumption underneath: those things can’t be trained. They’re either there or they aren’t.
That assumption is wrong. And it’s costing companies more than they know.

Before founding Dextego, Ioanna led global talent development at an AI scaleup. She built the onboarding systems, the coaching cadences, the learning infrastructure. She measured the outputs. And she watched behavior not change, not because the people were wrong, but because the model was. Knowledge was transferred. Capability wasn’t.

That gap became Dextego: an AI coaching platform built on behavioral intelligence and realistic roleplay, because the distance between knowing your pitch and executing it under pressure is exactly where quota is missed and reps churn.
Her TEDx talk, Why Self-Awareness Is the Most Powerful Skill in the Age of AI  argues that self-awareness isn’t a personality trait. It’s a trainable competitive edge. Her upcoming book CEO Energy extends that thesis to leadership.

The question she builds around: in a world where AI handles everything transactional, how do you make the human skills that remain measurable, trainable, and repeatable at scale?
