Before launching Dextego, Ioanna held key leadership positions at Aptivio, a B2B SaaS Revenue AI startup, where she led global talent acquisition and development as VP of People and Chief of Staff. Her entrepreneurial journey began with a sustainable fashion company she co-founded at 16 years old, which provided job opportunities for women in Greece while preserving the tradition of knitwear. Additionally, she has a Sustainability Mindset Certification from the (UNPMRE) United Nations Principles of Responsible Management Education, and an Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR).
